I meant to post earlier but no time (sorry) and since I wanted to report on Workout 7 and 8, figured I would talk a little bit about the last 2 weeks. We made it thru the halfway point. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Everyone has 30 minutes 6 days a week to workout- that's all it is! This week is a repeat of last weeks workouts. They are basic exercises that will help with. More advanced moves. This way if you can't complete the exercises in the upcoming workouts you can always refer back to these basic moves. The workouts flow pretty well. The weights the participants use on the videos are 8's, 5's, and 3's. They also use a mat and a resistance tube. Monday-Workout 1 followed by extra Cardio.

Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Workout 1 and 2. I've had this program for about a month and a half but couldn't start it because I was in the middle of another program. After completing P90X 2 last week.I was ready to start Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. It's a 3 month program that comes with a 7 day boost your metabolism eating plan and workout plan for the first week-. I've completed Workout 1 and Cardio 1 on Monday, and today (Tuesday) I completed workout 2. Program's I've completed-Insanity, STS, P90X 2.
