The Really Good Life: September 2010
http://thereallygoodlife.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
The Really Good Life. Thursday, 16 September 2010. It's been an awful long, long time since I last updated (I feel really embarrassed for blaming others for the same thing.) and I don't know if my blog is closed down or not. There are no promises, but since I'm now back where it all started (that is York) I might give it a go and see if I can keep it up to date! Keep an eye on this space if you're interested in seeing if I can put aside my habit of procrastinating and actually get things done this year!

The Really Good Life: October 2009
http://thereallygoodlife.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The Really Good Life. Thursday, 22 October 2009. The weekend 15-20 October I had visitors from Norway; my mum and my aunt. I met them in London for a couple of days in that wonderful city and to take them with me back to Warminster. In London we found time to visit St Paul's Cathedral and I finally got to see the Wall of Whispers. It was fascinating! It's nice to show them where I live and what my life is like over here. They're more than welcome to come visit again! Thursday, 15 October 2009. In additio...

http://thereallygoodlife.blogspot.com/2011/04/haworth-bronte-sisters-home.html
The Really Good Life. Wednesday, 27 April 2011. Haworth - The Brönte Sisters' Home. The International Society at YSJ still organises trips to different attractions around York, and in March I signed up for a trip to Haworth to see the Brönte sisters' home. Ahmed, Lauren and Lindsey came along too, and we had a really great day! We had a stop in Bradford on the way to see the National Media Museum. It was interesting to drive through Bradford because it is such a different type of city! I recently finishe...

The Really Good Life: October 2010
http://thereallygoodlife.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
The Really Good Life. Friday, 22 October 2010. In a new York state of mind. Still no exams, just essays, but oh dear. This time I'm actually studying! The subjects are very interesting, but I kind of miss my former relaxing life! No procrastination around here anymore. (not completely true, but there shouldn't be at least) A thing that could have made it better would being muffins and chocolate cakes, but in stead I've started going to the gym. Have a nice weekend everyone! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Really Good Life: Not in the mood
http://thereallygoodlife.blogspot.com/2011/08/not-in-mood.html
The Really Good Life. Saturday, 27 August 2011. Not in the mood. I'm really supposed to be transcribing, but as the rain just started falling outside my window I kind of lost the little bit of motivation I had on a day like this to get anything done, so why not rather reminisce about the summer and post some pictures from my holiday in Norway? Besides, my left ear is actually really sore after having finished transcribing my first lesson this week.). Or should I say "summer"? Wales in nice weather. Findi...

The Really Good Life: November 2010
http://thereallygoodlife.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
The Really Good Life. Wednesday, 10 November 2010. It was really great to see all my colleagues and pupils again! I really miss my teaching and it really impressed me to see that a lot of them remembered quite a few words. One class even remembered "God morgen alle sammen" and listening to them sing it almost brought tears to my eyes. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). York, United Kingdom. And to be able to continue using the English language everyday I've gone back to studying in York - where this blog was st...
