A couple of Saturdays ago, Cory and I decided to clean out the laundry room. It was MUCH NEEDED after accumulating way too much junk in there! First we just started by cleaning off the countertop and emptying the cupboards so that we could move them to the garage. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. So, on May 12th I decided to take on a challenge that a couple of people in my family have recently decided to do. Basically the challenge is to "create" something every day for 1 year. For example, my mother is making a card every day for 1 year, and so far they are AMAZING. This is a picture of the USS Arizona memorial (the white building) from the shore. While we were waiting for our turn to go to the USS Arizona, we took a tour of the USS Bowfin Submarine. It was pretty neat to see all the old instruments and such. Can you imagine living and sleeping like this for months at a time?
