Paleo and AIP resources. Here are some resources and lists I have created for a Gluten Free lifestyle! Since cutting out nightshades and going AIP, going out to eat has needed more than just a good Gluten Free menu, but having that is a start! I usually stick with salads when we go out. They are the easiest to customize and have less room for sneaky ingredients. They have a fantastic menu (hello calamari! And the staff is very well trained and attentive. Not Your Average Joes.
