好几页的资料列举了孩子们可以根据兴趣选的题材 动物类，南极地理，气候及有关南极探险 ， 如何做研究收集资料，timeline要求, 完成项目的方式 报告，小说，海报，游戏， 模型，绘画雕刻，小型博物馆展览，等等 ，最后是自我评估，还有准备最后向全班同学的讲演和演示等等。 上周五2/10作业拿回家的晚上就敲定要选 Leopard Seal 作课题， 老师建议的其他题材俺估计他都没读完就扔一边去了。 好歹利用周末挤的时间完成了周四要交的数学和拼写作业 ，等到这个周三 2/15 俺提醒他按老师的要求，周四要完成调研收集资料时，他才趁周四晚饭后的一点空余时间 其实是挤了练钢琴的时间 google 了需要的资料。 周五去学校的路上俺正琢磨着如何鼓励他大胆革新做个海报啥的，没想到小人竟提出要做个board game. 让俺暗暗吃了一惊。 啥啥啥 borad game 咋做啊 俺一团浆糊没头绪，小人却开始胸有成竹谈论起他board game 的游戏规则，并告诉俺他万事俱备，只需买大纸板就行。 This entry was posted in 一年级 First Grade).

第一场雪 – 停课两天，太给力了. 周六老规矩 – 星星中文课， 画画课 今年最后一次。 8挂公校私校Gifted program，Palm tree, Hawaii, Europe, Netherlands, Disneyworld更是跟不上。 俺好容易有了一个多小时Me time. 随后花一个多小时勉强烧了顿晚饭，俺就又废了。 如今看看空空如也的家，几件大事 黄石国家公园游记，星星转学，星爸生日，星姐报考大学，星星六岁总结，生日聚会，鬼节 等等等等 都没留笔墨，倍感惭愧。 先说说星姐 – 报考大学的事正在进行中。 学校IB功课,考试,projects， Clubs 等本来已经疲于应付，还要准备大学考试 SATI, SATII), 兼顾校外活动，填写大学申请表格，推荐信，挖空脑筋写别出心裁的个人简介 Personal Statement) 和各类大学申请要求的作文， 压力之大可想而知。 接下来就是按部就班一家一家学校送上 聘礼 ， 至于最后花落家，只能看大小姐的运气如何了。 钢琴，画画，游泳，中文， 国际象棋 学校 ， 跆拳道 学校 ， 合唱团 学校 走马灯似的混着。 好容易等星星出来 那场比赛大约花...

妈妈 你今天的钢琴还没弹呢，周末要recital”. 沉浸在过家家的星星 So? 8221; 甩出一句 那你呆着我开车走了 说完在星星声嘶力竭的 No! 8221; 中冲出门上车开动了发动机， 两分钟后看到星星鼻涕眼泪扑进车，边系安全带边恶狠狠甩一句 I hate you, I really do! 星星要求要30分钟的free play. 鉴于他最近早上爬不起来，俺商量地和他说玩十五分钟，星星于是恨恨地说到 Mommy, you just hate me! You never want me to do anything that I like! 还有一天晚上，三个人玩apple to apple board game, 星星输了耍赖被俺们压制， 愤怒无比的星星佛袖而去，不久楼下的白板上留下如下证据。 周五晚上6 30pm 是冬天soccer academy 的第一节课。 想想这才是第一次， 以后的十一周俺们咋活啊 再加上雨雪交加呢 心里照实佩服老美们支持孩子们运动的献身精神。 结果两个小时的power struggle 弄得三个人筋疲力尽， 勉强让星星弹了三十分钟不欢而散。
