Listen To My Body Talk. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Worms are gone. I took antibiotics for the bacterial overgrowth. The suggested diet was to cut out starches, grains, sugar, beans, soy, fruit and raw veggies. When I've actually followed the diet, I've felt pretty good. I just don't like the diet.
