Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Make a knitted pillow/sea urchin pouf in about 2 seconds. Yes, about 2 seconds is all it takes. No knitting required! A round inner cushion. A roomy old knitted hat. Stuff cushion into knitted hat. If you are feeling very crafty, gather the edge with woolen thread in a matching colour, pull tight and push knot inside to hide it. (Or just turn it over and use as is.I won't tell, promise.). Cute throw pillow/sea urchin pouf and instant gratification. What a cool idea!

Wednesday, November 18, 2009. To be honest - I was a little fed up with matryoshkas for a while. They kept popping up in every shop, on every tshirt. Now christmas is almost upon us and I realized I do like those little Russian nesting dolls after all.as holiday decoration.they have a special cozy charm.I don't like every matryoschka though.only the very special ones. Monday, December 26, 2011. Christmas balls I knitted – Arne and Carlos' lovely book has over 50 patterns to choose from! Fake antlers I made out of clay (the knitted vase cozy is one of my old hats). Felted acorns to adorn our kitchen rosemary. Ornaments made from cinnamon and applesauce dough. Make the whole apartment smell like christmas. Hot chocolate on a stick as favours for a xmas party.
