Monitoring, Verification and Enforcement Systems. Monitoring, verification and enforcement (MVE) activities encompass a wide range of actions:. Monitoring is a measurement process to verify product efficiency;. Verification is the measurement process through which declarations of conformance by lighting suppliers are confirmed;.
