又是月圆团圆的日子了。。不过，这个星期我会寂寞的在吉隆坡渡过了。。=（. 去年做了蛋黄酥，今年尝试做了冰皮月饼。。 上个星期教会庆祝中秋晚会，每人准备一样食物，而我事先凑巧也做好了月饼，所以就直接带月饼去了。。4盒6粒的冰皮小月饼，就在当晚一扫而空。。还不够呢！！哈哈。。。骄傲的呐！！而且也受到大家的赞美。。超开心！！还有从来不吃冰皮月饼的朋友要求外带。。可惜都吃完了。。 切开之后的样子 （照片一直拍到有点反光。。）. 1盒六粒，一共做了6盒。。带去请大家吃的有4盒。。 材料还有一些。。看几时有空把它做完了送人。。。 Labels: 蓝海豚下厨乐 - 节庆食品. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 哎哟。。。每天煮。。每天煮。。。记得拍照却没有时间好好整理出来分享。。。累积了超多的菜肴。。。看来要set一天的时间好好整理在分享咯！ 今天，索性一次过分享两道菇的料理。。。 用不沾底的平底锅，放一些油，爆香蒜米后，加入白玉菇，翻炒一下，加入一些鲍鱼汁，在翻炒至熟即可。。有点日式地做法。。 白玉菇的甜味在鲍鱼汁的承托下完全带出来。。一整包的白玉菇还嫌太少呢！！ 白玉菇是菇中之后，煮食后，口感柔滑顺口，菌柄则脆轫鲜嫩。口感介于秀珍菇和鲍鱼菇之间。含有丰富的蛋白质，脂质，维他命及食物纤维，其中脂质以亚油酸为主的不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富，久煮也不失其脆度，是一种美味的保健食品。价钱介于RM3-RM4.50。 热油，爆香蒜米，加入鲍鱼菇，翻炒。。加入上汤和耗油。。滚一滚即可。。如果要汤汁浓稠可以勾芡。。 Labels: 蓝海豚下厨乐 - 菇类. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 某天，在昌隆菜市，我常去地那一档Uncle介绍我买冰山雪莲，我心想不是在跟我开玩笑吧！！哈哈。。。怎么好像演古装戏里会提到的东西呢？？！！ Uncle马上呈上一张复印的剪报，里面提到了冰山雪莲的好处。。可以生吃。。。也可以炖汤。。叫我生吃，我不敢啦。。。炖汤听起来还不错。。就买下了。。。 回去后，用了排骨，南北杏，红枣，枸杞子熬成汤。。 有一种清凉的感觉。。好喝！！ Labels: 蓝海豚下厨乐 - 汤水. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 那一天，好友离开时送了我一盒从日本飞回来的collagen drink。。哎哟。。喝了皮肤会水哦！ 那一天，跟老公逛韩国超市时，老板介绍喝了会让皮肤漂亮的五味子茶，老公也买给我了！！ 所以啊，现在每天早上睡醒就来一杯五味子茶，是我最爱的樱桃口味，还有果仁。。蛮好喝的！！ 每天晚上，临睡前，来一瓶Shisedo的collagen胶原蛋白饮料，哈哈哈。。。我的皮肤就会越来越年轻了！！耶耶耶！！！ 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 每次都介绍肉类，海鲜什么的。。。今天来个简单的菜色。。。鲍片炒小白菜。。 小白菜 ， 蒜蓉， 贵妃鲍（烫一下）. 3。撒上一些上汤（江鱼汤，没有的话，用清水也可以），这是会有“扎"的一声。。这样做可以让冒起来的蒸汽，更快的弄熟食物。。 4。加入鲍鱼汁，翻炒一下，即可乘碟上桌了。。 Labels: 蓝海豚下厨乐 - 蔬菜. 夜晚有两个看夜景的好去处。。一个就是Eyes of Malaysia, 另一个就是Menara Taming Sari。。。 之前在吉隆坡的时候，坐过这个摩天轮了。。本来也想到那里去看看。。不过，走错路了。。所以没去到。。 这个有点像新加坡的Carlsberg Tower，360度旋转，7分钟饱览马六甲古城夜景。。。 在塔箱内。。。 Jonker walk/鸡场街。。。 下来了。。。不错。。。 只要出示大马卡或相关证件证明你不是马六甲人就能享有半价优待。。原价RM20，折扣后是RM10。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 马六甲购物团 - 22。08。09. 吃完了Cendol, 我们就步行到Jonker walk 的后面一条接，这里有很多售卖娘惹凤梨酥，老婆饼等的传统饼家。。。那一间比较好，就要靠你自己试一试再决定咯！！ 我自己不太爱吃饼类的，所以也没买多。。只买了两盒淡汶饼，家里人都有吃的。。至于同行的朋友们有买了很多凤梨酥的。。。 买了传统饼之后，我们就前往一个售卖传统娘惹糕点的岜岜家去，这一家上过很多新加坡的电视节目，如吃在大马等。。。 地方不是很容易找。。好在我们同行的朋友是道地的马六甲人。。。 Baba Charlie是这里的老板。。亲切和蔼. 把家里的一个房间改装成陈列室，让大家自己选。。。一件RM0.70。。 另外，在还没有到马六甲前，我们已经订了道地的Nyoya 棕。。朋友带我们到英雄广场去逛街。。因为时间的问题，所以自行去帮我们取货了。。 有两箱那么多。。我看我们20人，应该有100粒以上吧。。 满满的肉馅，软软的饭团。。好吃！！ 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 我和宝宝的难忘经历！！ Part 4. 在经过扫描后，扫描科的医生说我的脚的动脉血液流动缓慢。。有局部诸塞的现象。。听起来，好像也没什么。。我说那我回去按摩，让血液循环一下就好。。。回到我的妇产科医生那里等刚才的扫描图和报告。。。结果医生跟我老公说，你们去办入院手续吧！！ 什么？又来？？我可不想在第三次入院！！总觉得只是一点小事，干吗要入院呢？！医生很坚持，老公要我听话入院休息。。我想医生台大惊小怪了吧！！真的有这个必要吗？不过还是乖乖的入院。。。并把我的病历转给了外科医生。。 我已入院，护士就抽了我一支超大支的血，还有5-6支小支的血。。太恐怖了！！之后，又一天打两只针！待在医院超闷的，住了一天后，我要求出院！起初医生不允许，之后医生说如果我能自行打针，他就让我出院！我心想随便答应就是了。。 出院后第二天，我们就回去私人医院，跟我的妇产科医生安排开刀生产的事了！ 5月30日早上，到医院报道，开刀把我的宝宝拿出来了！！（开刀前一晚，害怕到无法入睡。。。）. 当我还在手术室里，宝宝从手术室推出来，看见他爸爸的低个表情竟然是这样的！！ 我和宝宝的难忘经历！！Part 3. 再次出院后，当然希望...

臭腳已為super停了藥，因為現在連打開大山婆個口也很困難，但是她依然絕食，由當初的1.5kg到現有只有1.4kg，已經輕了100g，精神還可以，但就是浮在水面一動不動，有次臭腳深夜去廁所時，順道去看看這隻肥野，差一點就給臭腳嚇暈，那隻大山婆一動不動，口張很大大，嘩！臭腳見了就連心也跳了出來，已為super就這樣一命烏呼！自從搬新屋之後就沒有好事發生過，死的死，失蹤的失蹤，只不過臭腳還沒有接受現實，還不向外公報，唉！情何以堪。就連一向很少病的臭腳也病倒了，香港的天氣就愈來愈熱，十二月天還二十幾度，我小龜還沒有去睡一個長長的教，而大山婆更不用睡了，因為她已經單獨住在龜缸，臭腳加溫使她這個冬天不用冬眠...Super這樣下去也不是辦法，臭腳於是把葡萄糖混和抗生素的液體，用針筒從大山婆個口強行灌入，在打開她的口時一不小心，臭腳手指就沒了一塊皮了，雖然大山婆還有很強的意識，但臭腳知道絕食一定有原因，在找出原因之前也要做點事，不能等到病情在無法逆轉時才行動，這次行動發現原來大山婆喉嚨...Super個大山婆絕食已經第六日，精神都是有點呆呆的，不過還可以自行飲水，於是...臭腳媽責問臭腳，你為何...
