Tuesday, January 17, 2012. We've had lots of snow the past few days. Tonight they are calling for about 4-6" in our area. I've got to tell you. my in-laws have a little fountain in their yard which holds about 2 1/2 feet of water in the pond area. Yesterday I was outside with the boys, alone. Tuesday, April 9, 2013. We had such a great weekend with beautiful weather! We spent Saturday with family, and colored eggs, the kids hunted for eggs, had a bbq and my nieces dedication. Sunday was the first time we went to church with out coats- in a long time! Now that is BIG news! I actually LOVED IT. So unusual and lots of fun. The sun comes out in Washington and we have no idea how to react. Poor kids. Kingsley boy- the one who melts me with his incredibly SOFT cheeks! Opening his basket from Grandma.

Monday, March 18, 2013. A Few of My Favorite Things. And by a few of my favorite things, I mean one. I wanted to share that I have the Party Bullet, one of the types of Magic Bullet Blender series. I got it as a gift for Christmas and I LOVE IT! I make smoothies for breakfasts most mornings, so I need a good blender. I seriously could not be happier with this product! And it does a much better job than any of my other blenders. It's also compact! Who knew a tiny little blender could make one so happy?

Tuesday, August 28, 2012. I tried to dry strawberries in the oven as this website shows it as being so easy. I ended up cooking them in the oven for 5 whole hours and they still weren't dried! I should've googled it prior to starting, because most sites were saying it takes more like 8 hours with smaller pieces, and with a wedge in the door to let steam escape. Ugh. I should've known. Our family adventures in Sun Valley. Thursday, November 08, 2012. We are chugging along. After a full day of packing on Sunday we took a little break and went to Lefty's. Our go-to cheapish dinner. Fabulous cheap beer. Great monkey fries. Here's a picture of the view at our new place. That's the main ski mountain, Baldy. "They" say it's one of the best places in the world to ski.
