A little bit of chaos. A view of our life. Monday, November 28, 2011. Thanksgiving with the Recob's. I just love the holidays, it's nice to get together with family to enjoy good food and good conversation. Me and my Sister. What a cute picture! Our menu was roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, wild-rice stuffing, squash, corn, pumpernickle rolls, cranberries, and yummy applesauce. For dessert we had cranberry-apple pie, pumpin pecan pie, pecan pie, and apple pie. Thanksgiving with the Miller's.

First, Jesus is Alive, which means we also have eternal life-what a gift! Last week was insanely busy with parent/teacher conferences, but the sweet reward at the end of 14 hour days was having Friday off. Since Julie is still on maternity leave, she came up with the three youngens and we hung out for the day. It was a gorgeous fall day and we didn't waste it! A couple of days ago after returning home from a wonderful lesson with the Sister Missionaries. which always makes me super duper happy. I came home and wrote a journal entry about happiness.
