Saturday, February 28, 2009. Today, we took Caroline to Pigtails and Crewcuts for her first official haircut. I was a little nervous knowing that Caroline doesn't like to try new things. Friday, December 25, 2009. At last, Christmas Day is here! Jack loved all his gifts but really was happy to get Ben 10 Humongisaur and his jungle set. Caroline loves her baby dolls but still wants to carry around Baby Sass. Both have really enjoyed playing with their new playdoh sets. After opening gifts and playing with their Santa gifts, Pop Pop, Ce if Santa had come. We ended up getting up around 6:45 and Jack was ready to go! The rest of our day was spent relaxing and playing with all our new toys.

Friday, July 31, 2009. We have once again had a busy week. We had a fun playdate. At Dru, Marley and Angie's house. It was suppose to be an outside water playdate. But mother nature had other plans. Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Disney - Day 5. After a long day at the Magic Kingdom yesterday, we knew we needed a day off from the parks. Thankfully we love our resort and knew it would be both relaxing and fun for the kids to just hang out here at the Liki Tiki! By the time we got up and going the rains had moved in, but that wasn't going to stop our fun! With just a sunny rain, it was perfect weather to swim, play, and splash in puddles. And thankfully, the rain didn't last all that long anyway.

Lucas received the first sacrament of baptism this morning at St. Vincent de. Paul Catholic Church. Father Adrian conducted the ceremony, just as he did for Ryan three years ago. After the service, we came back to the house for lunch and cake. I guess Lucas didn't realize he was the guest of honor, as he slept through the entire thing. We thank God for our precious boy.

Monday, June 30, 2014. Ping Pong Meet #2. Kate won't be an officially registered Boomer until tomorrow (July 1st), but Coach Tom knew she really wanted to participate in the Ping Pong meet so he added her into the schedule this afternoon! These swim meets are fun and definitely a confidence booster. Kate and Gabe are not strong swimmers with all the strokes yet, but they are learning!
