Monday, September 20, 2010. Monday: Eggplant Cacciatore, brown rice, salad. Tuesday: Black bean burgers, salad. Wednesday: Chickpea and Pasta Soup with a salad. Thursday: chickpea patties with roasted carrots, green beans and salad. Saturday: Broccoli pizza, salad. Sunday: Split pea and tomato soup with spinach.
