Kim: peanut and i intended to go to the "high bridge" (the new dog park in town located under what's commonly called the high bridge), but when we got there, a sign indicated it was closed for construction today. boo. luckily, it's only a short distance from where peanut's friend ani lives, so we took the opportunity to visit and take a walk along the river. Peanut: i love visiting ani! We can to go the high bridge another day.

The din of my own thoughts. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. I've been a little crabby lately. i just can't deal. however, the first two lines of the song "a line in the dirt" by the eels made me laugh out loud. i needed that. She locked herself in the bathroom again. So i am pissing in the yard. The entire song is actually pretty sad, but that doesn't take away the therapeutic nature of visualizing some poor guy taking a wizz outside in the middle of winter. Maybe things aren't that bad after all.

Case in point: you are making waffles on a sunday morning. experts now recommend not straying from your waffle maker post - especially not for engrossing tasks like e-mail - which may result in lost track of time and a burnt breakfast.
