Too Cool for School

Too Cool for School. I have a new blog now. This one is dead. I will not post here anymore. So you have my permission to stop checking it, unless you just want to. And, yes, it will have pictures of my feet on it as well. Posted by Heather at 10/16/2006. So what I'm saying is, I'm getting a new blog. This one will still be here, a monument to my first year of teaching. It's good to clog cyberspace, isn't it? Nothing about randomness or ridiculousness, guys. That's a GIVEN. Too Cool for School: October 2005

http://www.littlefire3.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html

Too Cool for School. Better all the time. I knew that one day I would begin to see it as a blessing. It's started today. And maybe tomorrow I'll fall back into the trap again. But I'm just so grateful for everyone's prayers. I think that God has been encouraging me in many ways to seek him first. That idea seemed like a foreign to me, because I've always had spiritual friends and family that also walked with me in the Lord. Turning to them. Lindsey, Lauren, Allison, and me.). Check out my school pics!

Too Cool for School: December 2005

http://www.littlefire3.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html

Too Cool for School. Up until Sunday evening, when I revealed that I had a "crush", I have been quite careful never to reveal any personal details of my love life. That wall has crumbled. But not in the way that you'd like. Reveal his name, how I know him, or what he does for a living. Well.maybe not never, but not now. It's just wrong. But I can tell you this: You probably don't know him, and he lives in the same town as me. Get this- I actually asked some high school students for advice! My stance is t...

Too Cool for School. Spit wads and Homework. Sometimes all you need is a little sleep and to eat your vegetables. Did I tell you I made a kid lick a spit wad off of the whiteboard today? Only two of them actually did their homework. The rest got zero’s. Don't tell anyone, because I was supposed to send them to Friday Night Lights: a misery of afterschool detention cleverly packaged with a fun-sounding name. Posted by Heather at 8/27/2005. Day of the Elvis Pelvises. Posted by Heather at 8/23/2005.

Too Cool for School: January 2006

Too Cool for School. Opening night of our show went pretty well. The actors were a little shaky- nervous, self-conscious, but all in all it was a pretty satisfying little show. It actually ran short- an hour and a half with intermission. For theatre, that's very short! Here are some reviews of the show that I'm sure you would like to read:. I'm coming back tomorrow night and again on Saturday! Clint, Father of one of the actresses. I laughed several times! Trevor, theatre student. I didn't fall asleep!

Too Cool for School: September 2005

Too Cool for School. Lauren's wedding is officially canceled, but will probably be rescheduled for next week (Oct. 1). Rats. That mean old Hurricane Rita. The name Rita never really appealed to me, and now I know why. Sorry, L-train. I love ya, and I think you've been a really good sport about all of this. Posted by Heather at 9/21/2005. You Never Know What Might Be. Did you know about Lauren's wedding this weekend? Don't you think these lyrics are fitting just now? We Build" by Nicole Nordeman. Alright,...

Stories from the Malaysian Treehouse. Saturday, October 29, 2005. Little Bit of This and That. It's been a rather crazy week. Jeremy dropped into town again on Monday and stayed through the week. Always fun to have him around. :). Josue and I have been playing tennis on a regular basis for quite awhile now. Lately some of our closest friends started picking up the game too and we've been playing together almost everyday for at least 2 hours each time. The ache in my body is wonderful feeling! Stories from the Malaysian Treehouse: Happy Thanksgiving!

http://malaydebster.blogspot.com/2006/11/happy-thanksgiving.html

Stories from the Malaysian Treehouse. Finally- More Pics of the House! The Joys of Softball. As you can see, Elizabeth cooked up a storm to feed 4 of us last night. Obviously I have no post-dinner pictures to show how bloated and full we all were! It's been very nice being away from Dallas for awhile and relaxing with the tiny side of my family, and feeling extremely thankful to God for this past year; for all the great (and even bad) things that we have experienced. Can't ask for anything more!

Splinter information page at Littlefireball

Littlefireball is the information page of Splinter animations. Splinter was first created and directed as an artwork by Pamela Richardson and Kevin Smith in 2001. It was first exhibited at the 2001 TRAILER show in London's East End. Since then Splinter episodes have been shown at various art venues around London. Our principle has been to create a new episode each time we are invited to show. The original format of Splinter was a stand alone movie, shown on a local pc or as a projection. Trailer, E2, 2001.
