About Me and This Blog. Saturday, August 31, 2013. CC Enrichment Weeks 1-6. My approach to education is very much stick in the sand. With my kiddo only being in 1st grade my main focus is on writing, reading and math. But I do believe in the classical method of education and Classical Conversations model of education. We are not sure what we are doing next year as Rea is not quite the age for school but ready so homeschooling may be ahead for at least a year. This makes me a little nervous, but I promised I would at least look into it. :) Y'all can say a prayer! I try to do them yearly between their birthdays in September. I think they turned out better than I expected. :) I'm so thankful they are becoming sweet friends! Ode to potty training. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. This month has seemed to be a pretty good one. She is doing it on her fingers, but did surprisingly okay with it. Rory is still not a very good eater AT ALL and it worries me to no end, but she is surviving and is normal height and weight, but I just don't understand how it's possible! Happy St. Paddy's day! Reagan pretend painting Rory's nails. Glad it is warming up a bit to get outside more! They love their new basketballs and make pretty good baskets!
