Friday, August 29, 2014. DANA COMES TO UTAH! The long-awaited day arrived when Dana flew in to Utah for a week! She used the excuse to come to BYU EDUCATION WEEK to come visit us. Friday, September 26, 2014. Hiking the Y and FHE. Finally got up to the Y on the mountain since our return home. Forgot how steep it was, and with Scotts asthma, it was not really fun for him. But it felt good to get up to the top and it was a spectacular view! We have been trying to find some ways to fit into the ward just a bit since we are so busy at the MTC. Wednesday, April 29, 2015. April has been a great month! We started it off with our MISSION REUNION held over at our Stake Center. We had about 170 people show up! And we had the best PHOTOG ever! THANKS TO LORI for coming to take photos! We spent the night visiting with dear friends. We noticed we had a color theme going with Whitney Welch. And a cluster of friends at the end! Monday, June 1, 2009. What an exciting month it has been. The best part of the month was that my sister, Jessica, had a beautiful 8 pound little girl. Aleaha has been a wonderful blessing to our whole family. David graduated from kindergarten. He loved kindergarten, but is very excited to go to 1st grade next year. He learned to read and loves it. Thursday, November 12, 2009. We had a great Halloween this year. We really enjoyed that it was on a Saturday and we could start when we wanted and didn't have to many time conflicts. David was really excited to be Spider-man this year. I wasn't able to find the costume that I wanted for him so I ended up making his. I had a lot of fun making it and, painting his face too. Thursday, November 12, 2009. Ashlie started at a new preschool this year. She loves it. It has let her meet new people and make some new friends. Plus it is a lot closer to home which is so nice for me! David started 1st grade this year! He loves going to school all day.
