life in seattle: Passover 2010: The Big Event
http://machinaimproba.blogspot.com/2010/04/passover-2010-big-event.html
Sunday, April 11, 2010. Passover 2010: The Big Event. Our second day in Israel began with brunch at the pier. Again, we neglected the eat/sleep regimen and took a walk. Adam and Mori even did some weight-lifting. After a nap, we were ready for the seder, which was a big meal with the whole family. Even Nero invited a few friends. Noya displays her 3D haggadah, flanked by her two brothers. Omri after one too many:. By the end of the night, we were all in a food coma. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Been a while…. April 30, 2010 · Filed under Uncategorized. I am back running again, with new zeal for training for my marathon. I ran 5 miles yesterday and 2.48 the day before – after I biked/ran at the gym for an hour and half- I ran with Jack, which was a fun new experience. It was fantastic to share that with him, and he did great for not ever running! So here are some snipits from the last few months…. 8211; I don’t have to be perfect. Having my sister come and visit for a weekend is a ton of fun!

From one word-lover to another. Day 03} then & now. March 17, 2011. I blinked, and suddenly my 1-month-old was 3-1/2. She sings The Sound of Music soundtrack. She could barely keep her head up. She can do somersaults. We wondered what she was thinking all the time. Our house is never silent. We showed her high-contrast patterns and simple books. She reads stacks of her own books aloud. She stayed in one place–exactly where we left her. We took her everywhere in her infant carrier. I am a Portland mommy o...

Creativity. healing. restoration. missions. Tuesday, April 05, 2011. Evangelism at The Weekend. One thing I deeply admire about this generation of youth is that they are PASSIONATE and hungry to live for something bigger than themselves and to share God's love with others. Calvary is at the healthiest place I've ever seen it. They can h...
