Reporting live from Boston Medical Center. Saturday, November 2, 2013. These people can't tell the time. Mostly because each clock has a different time. I am in a room by myself with two clocks. One is 3 minutes behind and says its Saturday the 26th. The other is 7 minutes behind and says its the 21. I'm in the twilight zone. It made me a little sad. Don't cut their visiting hours short! Scream Therapy works for me. Monday, October 28, 2013. The last few days I've been stressed. I've been lonely and stressed and felt like I'm handling all of this on my own. The thought of how much this is all going to cost, the time off of work, how this will affect my life with Zach and my cats is enough to make anyone go mad. But for now, my quota has been met. I have compiled a few photos of my journey with lupus. Few are from my first "ride" freshman year of college. These photos are just a peek into what it looks like to have this condition. Note that there are only several photos due to the fact that I don't like being photographed very much. Especially when I'm blown up like a balloon; I get angry when someone snaps a pic (mom). This is normal Solange (right) with my friend Lara (left). Prednisone and "Moon Face" on my way to my first chemo treatment.
