Just another day in paradise! Monday, May 17, 2010. Athen is 1 month old! His birthday is actually tomorrow but I know that tomorrow is going to be busy so I am doing it today. He is getting so big and changing everyday. This weekend he was also able to go on his first roadtrip to St. George. He was such a trooper and was so good. He cried maybe 10 mintues the whole time in the car. He can go on roadtrips with us anytime! Ryan and Athen right before the race. Ryan is such a good dad and helper.

Just another day in paradise! Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Last weekend was a Pioneer Day. A state Holiday for Utah. We went up and spent the weekend at Bear Lake with all of Ryan's family. It was nice and relaxing and it was Athen's first time at the beach. He liked the water but he got mad we would only let him put his feet in. He kept looking down at the water like put me in guys! July 7, 2011. Land of Free, Home of the Brave. We had a very relaxing Fourth of July this year! We loved getting a three-day weekend (in Neil's case, four-day weekend) and we spent the majority of the time relaxing! We did muster up some energy on Saturday to go for a 10-mile bike ride on the Legacy Trail. I also discovered that my new favorite drink after a long bike ride is the Jones Strawberry Lime Soda! 1 dad 1 mom = 2 beautiful little girls. Monday, December 28, 2009. Christmas was so much fun this year. Maddie was so excited. we spent Christmas eve with Ryan's family. it consisted of a yummy fondue dinner. a SHORT Christmas program that starred an uncooperative 2 and 4 year old as Mary and Joesph. we then sang Christmas carols with lots of instruments played by the 2 and 4 year old, oh what beautiful and noisy music it was! We then hurried home so Santa wouldn't miss our house! Here is what she had on.
