Sunday, March 12th, 2006. At 10 O'clock on Saturday the 11th of March, the main hall at Bude Infants school was already full with a happy muddle of noise. from people introducing themselves for the first time, to children playing on the toys and gym mats. For a first meeting, the level of support surpassed our expectations, although the majority of club members come from around and about Bude, friends from as far as Newquay, Gunnislake and Torridge also came to show support. 3) How often should we meet?

The history of swimming lessons and the Little Rays goes as far back as the Autumn of 2007 at Penstowe holiday park thanks to the help of Adrian Parsons. At about the same time Bude Free Spirits made a generous donation which they requested be put to a specific use.
