Running Parenthood Version 2.0 since 2005. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. I have a wall of deniability up; that's what gets me through this. I can almost convince myself that Mom isn't really going to go. That visiting her in the hospital is what life is going to be now. Of course I know that's not true, but it's how I cope. The wall teeters occasionally, but I don't want to be a blubbering mess right now. I just want to be here. There will be all the time in the world to fall apart after.
