On Monday, November 10, 2008. 可以完全放松了。。。嘻嘻. 上次说的‘瘦身计划’，我又真的实行哦. 700am 起床，量一量体重- -〉现在：65.5kg. 715 am 到外面绕着草场跑步。好久没有做运动，跑起步来真的有点吃力。。。）. 跑了大概有3圈，每圈应该有50meter 吧。。。一天吃两餐，可是我坚持一定吃早餐还有每天至少运动20 分钟. 不知道这样行不行，希望几个星期后会有所成绩！！ Monday, November 10, 2008. 许久都没上来写东西了，这一年我几乎可以说是忙的焦头烂额，时间匆匆.转眼那逝去的青春真的越来越远，今夜的我很感慨。看了场电影，是刚上映的“龙卷风”主要桥段除了龙卷风，还有男主角拍摄的“时间囊”，讲述的是一段影片，拍摄他自己，家人，老师和身边的朋友，对未来25年的自己想说的一段话一些想法，拍摄完后待25年后才可以拿出来看。莫名的我也很想拍这样的一段影片。这个世界很大，人却渺小的很。很多人很多事不是你想留就留的住，25年后影片中的人，是不是大家都还好好的，快乐的，是否还依旧坚持心中的梦想？又或者为了生活而生活着. 25岁这个年龄很尴尬，你仿佛才刚刚上完最催眠的数学课，看着教室外的风景；让那微热的风轻轻的拂过那青涩的脸。可时间总是不等人，也许太过留恋，所以总是回忆过去。可殊不知,30已在前面跟你招招手，就如同18岁跟你saybyebye一转身，他就不见了。当年的死党还有几个能无时无刻在你身边一起闹一起玩，一起在篮球场偷看自己心仪的男生，逗着嘴说自己的男神比较帅比较cool。曾经那轰轰烈烈的爱，也在时间的洗礼下渐渐淡去，那个他/她，已成为生命中的过客。 65281;今天又迟到了涅最近常迟到要检点一下了.
