I will share my recipes and creations and invite you to do the same. Tandoori Lamb, Pilau Rice and Mint and Cuc Raita. Prep time: approx. 30 min. Soaking time for rice: 30 min. cooking time: about 30 min. Kitchen stuff needed: Sharp knife, chopping board, Grill/griddle, cling wrap, 3 serving bowls, large saucepan.
