On May 25, 2012. 6-8 Peaches, peeled and cut into wedges. 1/8 cup minced Crystalized Ginger. 2 cups A/P Flour. 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 3/4 cup Brown Sugar. 2 large Eggs, beaten to blend. 1/2 cups Sour Cream. 1 cup whole milk. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Unsalted Butter. Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix together the peaches, ginger and first sugar and let sit at least an hour.
