The obesity rate in Washington increased 90 percent over the last 15 years. Some of the proposed reasons or theories fueling this rise in obesity are as follows: genetics (load of crap), decreased rates of exercise (probably not by itself), overeating (maybe for some people), and the increased amounts of simple carbohydrates in our diet.
