It has been incredible in the week or so that I’ve had it how much i’ve used this beauty to better help me workout in the right zone where my heart rate is at peak weight-loss as well as keeping me accountable to my time and calories burned! Wednesday, December 28, 2016. 2016 - A Year's Recap]. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is enjoying Hanukkah (if you celebrate it). I worked until Friday and started off my winter break with the stomach virus. I had it on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I barely wanted to open gifts.
