Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Feeling : so sleepy and tired that I would like to sleep for a week! Thinking : that the nap I took at noon was not enough! Waiting : for the summer vacay! Petting : my cat Katou who is all recoverd from last week. Drinking : a frozen cappuccino my husband brought me as a surprise. Yay! Eating : nothing - it's too hot! Thanking : the air conditioner for doing a good job. Closing : all the blinds to keep the heat out! Wanting : to find time and energy to plant all my pots.

Thursday, March 26, 2009. Yes, two posts on the same day. Don't ask! The other day, my sister-and-law Linda and I went to Les Galeries de Hull (in Gatineau) to have a Shawarma dinner (they have the most scrumptious Shawarmas there - I am totally addicted - OK I admit, I am also addicted to chocolate and scrapbooking stuff, but I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE! So we loaded him with fruits, veggies, bread, juice, milk, etc., and gave him some money for meat. He was very thankful. Posted by Louise Dubord. I won I won!

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Finally a short post. Hubby asked me if there was a pic of us on my blog. Yikes! I had to say no. He is so supportive of me in my scrapbooking and being at crops on a regular basis that I just had to post. This pic was taken at a wedding in May. Monday, September 28, 2009. What a great weekend I had! Type of movie but I would recommend to see it. Sunday was a typical rainy fall day. I was tired and just cuddled up on the sofa and watched movies. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. I had so much fun playing. I had chip tiles spread out all over and lots of bottles of glimmer mist, went through almost an entire roll of paper towels and was covered in glimmer mist and gold zing embossing powder. It felt like I was in bling heaven, what fun I had! Go take a look, you will have to lift your jaw up off the keyboard after you have seen them. Absolutely fantastic! The photo tray is truly awesome! Sunday, December 13, 2009. My grandson Andrew is playing in the big Minor Hockey Tournament held here in Ottawa every year. They will be here for 5 days. My other son and family will come in from out of town for a day during that time. I will be attending a lot of hockey games. I am looking forward to seeing everyone and having lots of fun! We had to wait in line to clear Canada customs for about 15 minutes (not too bad) but when we went in to declare our items, there were about 100 people but it went quite smoothly. We paid no duty just the amount declared converted to CDN $ and paid the pst and GST on that amount. (no taxes on the kid's clothes) WHAT A DAY! Monday, December 28, 2009. I am so excited, I can hardly wait! My family from Ohio should be here around 9:00 pm. My grandson is playing in the Bell hockey tournament, so I will be at hockey arenas for the next few days. They live so far away that I cherish every moment they are here.
