Walking through the beautiful Horniman Gardens the other morning, I felt very grateful for the beauty of nature; the crisp clear skies of a UK January winter's day, the bare bones of the trees, after shedding their autumnal leaves reminded me of the oneness in all that is. Moments like this, recognising the connection of oneness in everything, the connectivity and the flow of life, makes me feel very grateful to be alive, grateful to our beautiful mother earth, grateful to life.
