The National Championship game is tonight. GO DUKE. I'm really excited, and wish I had some fellow Dukies to watch with. Sadly, I'll be (hopefully) cheering them to victory solo. I felt AWFUL again yesterday after brunch, but rose to the occasion for some easter dinner. Dinner last night was very classy:. Clearly I need to hit up the grocery store!

Oddly, I wake up earlier on Saturdays and Sundays than I do during the week. Back to yesterday. I had a walnut and black cherry cliff bar for pre/post workout fuel:. These bars are way calorie-dense; 250 in each one! So, I split it up, and it held me over very well. 20 minutes stationary bike, level 13. It was a success!

For breakfast yesterday I had some savory oats:. Then hit the gym:. 30 minutes on the arc trainer. I REALLY could tell I had not worked out much the past few weeks when I went in yesterday.
