https://jasoneats.wordpress.com/2010/10/31/eleven-madison-park
This time, with intent. The final piece of my birthday celebration took place this past week. A brief trip to New York City to visit a very dear friend included a few casual and delicious meals, as well as one superb dinner experience at Eleven Madison Park. Ever appeared and we made quick work of those! Now the the starters were out of the way, we cou...

One Old, One New | Jasoneats
https://jasoneats.wordpress.com/2010/12/04/one-old-one-new
This time, with intent. One Old, One New. Yesterday involved two different holiday meals, one at the long established Johnny’s Bar. On Fulton, the other at the newly opened Market. In Rocky River. Both of them shared some positive qualities: attractive settings, attentive service and good company. Yet somehow they were very different experiences. Seem out of place in this setting. With some entrees pushing the $24 mark, and even the sandwiches all riding at $11 to $14, the pricing is high. Our en...Aside...

A View From The Kitchen. The trials and tribulations of a simple man working in a kitchen. Saturday, January 14, 2012. Not what's there, but what I see. I have come late to the bus as far as the Chowhound chat boards. I found it quite delightful to find some interesting and beneficial insight opposed to the same 8 people bickering among themselves in the comments of every post like what I found on the Cleveland dot Com food and wine forum.
