Fun on the beach. Tuesday, 23 September 2014. So, Slimming World. I've just been to my week 2 weigh in and recorded a second 2.5lb drop. So a total of 5 lbs in all. Unspectacular given how heavy I am and how, if had followed the regime properly, I could have dropped that and more in the first week but, hey, 5lbs is 5lbs. So that is my reality. Fun on the beach. Monday, 27 July 2015. I will give it a good go this week and will try to find the time tomorrow to mock up a sheet for recording of food and exercise purposes. It really helps me stay on the straight and narrow. On balance, I think the early morning swim is the best option so I will have to prepare properly to avoid all temptation to back out! Fun on the beach. Wednesday, 25 February 2015. I've been doing a LOT of diet maths this last week. If I drop 1lb a week for the rest of the year, I'll be X by summer/Christmas etc. But, if I drop 1.25lbs a week I'll be X by then! Fun on the beach. Tuesday, 12 May 2015. We're having a lovely if somewhat breezy time here in Northumberland. I love it here. The beaches are just stunning and empty. The dogs LOVE it cos there are sand martins flying every evening so they run around like mad things. We have walked for miles, golfed in a howling gale (exhausting) and eaten and drunk like people who know no limits! Tuesday, 27 May 2008. Where have I been, yes you've guessed it . Eating! Things seemed to of got to a head at the end of last week when I felt so so low. I am unsure if this is because people keep asking me if I am alright and telling me I don't look happy. To be honest it is only certain people and I have kept shrugging it off, and even said I thought I was OK! Tuesday, 8 January 2008. Starting Week Six Again. Well, I never really did week six. It started on Christmas Day and Week Seven started on New Year's Day. So technically this should be trigger week. Friday, 31 August 2007. Day One Hundred and Fifteen. It's the end of the week, and what a week it's been. Monday's long drive from Scotland wasn't much fun, but since then it's got better and better. The diet was good this week too. Lots of water has been drunk and I've been on the bike every day except thursday. It will be interesting to see how this is reflected in next week's loss. Sunday, 23 September 2007. Day One Hundred and Thirty Eight. First thing this morning I went to B Q to pick up a file. This was the last tool I needed before attacking my kayak. I decided to install my fish finder today. I connected up the battery and lo and behold it worked straight away.
