Launched in 2007, the Cameron Siemers Foundation for Hope is a non-profit organization that supports young adults with life-threatening illnesses. The founder, Cameron Siemers, was 2 years old when he received a blood transfusion. Five years later, he was diagnosed HIV positive. Doctors told him he wouldn’t live past age 10. He is now 29.
