Friday, November 1, 2013. Life as a family of four is amazing. We love our little guy, and what's not to love, his is such an easy baby! He will be 6 weeks old this coming Sunday and about 2 nights ago started sleeping 6 hours straight! He wakes up about 3am to eat and again at 7 am. He goes back down and sleeps until about 10 or 11. The rest of the day he is mostly awake with little naps here and there. I'm so thankful he is a good sleeper at night. Also, at 5 weeks Dane started sleeping in his own bed!

Wednesday, June 26, 2013. We love when "Mantadanta" aka Aunt Samantha and "Jibby" aka Uncle Benjamin come to visit! We got to play puzzles, go swimming at the pool, and had a barbecue! Our friends/neighbors came over to barbecue with us too and Laila and Zoe got to splash in the pool. They loved it! Laila and Zoe are only about 6 months apart, they are great friends :). On Father's Day we got to see Grandpa, Julie, and Uncle Colton for lunch. He is so sweet to her! Laila was proud of her Father's Day gift.

Tuesday, March 26, 2013. The belly is starting to show itself a little more now. Here I am at 14 weeks. Still feeling good. Really tired alot and have headaches still. I've been craving Arugala, cucumber with lemon and salt, crawfish, anything vinegary really, like pickles. Im so proud of my big girl. And it will be nice to have a break from washing diapers for the next 6 months :). Thursday, March 14, 2013. It still sounds so wierd to say Laila will be a big sister! 12 week sonogram/checkup went perfect!

Sunday, April 28, 2013. We couldn't be more excited! I was so shocked when they said "it's a boy", I started crying! My family, on both sides (mom and dad) are dominated by girls! I was convinced it just would never be a boy! I am so excited for this new baby and so excited to have a mini D.J! Laila was so excited for the balloon, she would hardly stand still! Friday, November 1, 2013. My handsome little man! I love her smile! I hope they grow up to be best friends. Very hard to get Laila to smile and look at the same time! He gets 1000's of these a day! Aunt Samantha made crochet'd this blanket for Dane. The same basket as Laila's newborn pictures too. This last one didn't come out quite like we were wanting. He was awake and being uncooperative, but oh well. I really wanted one with him and his name. Also, at 5 weeks Dane started sleeping in his own bed!

Tuesday, May 29, 2012. We made a trip down to the Valley, primarily for one of Suzanne's showers, and since it was a long weekend for Memorial Day, we got see the family. Tuesday, August 28, 2012. We got to go to an Astro's game with my cousin and her hubby, VIP style! If you are going to go to a game, this is the way to go. I had a 35 week ultrasound and check up today and here were the results:. 1 He is head down yay! 2 He is super cute, I can already tell. 3 His feet were by his head, he was playing with them. 3 He is still a boy, haha still funny to me to see that thing! 4 His estimated weight is currently 6 lbs 2 oz, which coincidentaly is the. Thursday, September 12, 2013. Laila's 3rd Birthday Party. Ok, so this will be the 3rd and final birthday post, I promise! Laila's 3rd birthday party was a pool party. Having a September birthday is great for water activities, plus its her favorite! The day started out great and the kids that were there already got to swim for about 45 min.then.the dreaded THUNDER! Laila and her great-granny. Aunt Samantha and Laila. She picked out her Mickey and Minnie Mouse cake herself. Her new ride from Mamaw and Papaw.
