Living at the Beach. Saturday, January 9, 2016. Super healthy and good for you. It's also really filling :). Ingredients: 1-2 kale leaves, 1 avocado, lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, salt and pepper, whole wheat bread (I love Dave's Killer Bread). Rip the kale leaves into bite sized pieces. Squeeze about a teaspoon to a tablespoon of lemon juice (this will break down the waxy-ness of the kale leaves) and massage the leaves until they're somewhat soft. Scoop out the avocado.
