Saturday, September 29, 2012. 當見有人指他人犯障孽與紀律時, 更警思自己是否也犯了障孽與紀律. 因為自己犯錯必須自己承擔後果. 後生愚眛, 佛像見過無數能記得名字的就那幾尊, 經文唸過會忘字, 唸過百遍依然能記得有限. 梵文更是有聽沒有懂, 經常只把那梵文音樂當音樂讓自己開心與放鬆的藥引. 雖經文不記得, 梵文不通也不太會唸, 但知每日心中不時默唸 '南無阿彌陀佛". 僧人也見過幾位, 聽其言時不忘他/她, 你/妳與我只是個凡人. 而人是不完美的. 不管是什麼宗教都貴於心. 何況智者也有愚昧的時候. 而我又有何能去批評他人. 故而提醒自己要經常自省. 神助自助者, 這是哪個宗教信徒都應有的共知. 人必須時時經反思學習與時時精進. 一個修字只有一件衣, 一個悟字只有一顆心. 是否因其言而隨舞那是個人應做的選擇. 愚昧的我只知心中佛性無高低之分. 每個人都有各別的因果輪迴, 是強迫不得. 個人選擇因果循環個人擔. 愚生 蕭美蘭, 合十. 29/9/2012 於 Antwerp, Belgium. 台灣的問題就在...

Saturday, September 8, 2012. 1995 開始在比利時推廣茶與茶文化的時候, 就深刻的自覺在這沒有茶文化基礎的國家裡, 如果只用想推銷茶的心態來做, 那麼小小有什麼財力與市場能力去與國際跨國茶葉品牌來競爭. 更何況自認茶是我中華文化中最潤厚的一個代表, 堅持自己文化不賤賣的原則, 開始了茶愚的旅程. 這些年用自己工作收入來養這個推廣茶的志業, 雖然有如鴨子划水, 有時當然會感到疲倦但是對茶的鍾愛卻愈來愈深與愈投入. 想盡方法幫消費者瞭解什麼是茶, 散夜與茶包, 全葉與破夜或茶渣的差別, 以及瞭解如何正確的泡茶. 在幫助他人的時候更幫助自己深入學習. 去年把自己的商業登記正式改成 "比利時中華茶藝中心". 產品也將以有機種植的茶為主. 市場不是很大, 不是保守就是容易被市場的廣告或是香味迷惑的兩種極端, 在這種情況下, 一路走來自己堅持走中高等級的好茶. 期望一天能走出自己品牌形象的一天. Thursday, July 26, 2012. 前夜一位年青茶友在網站上跟我說他不喜歡他從別人那裡得到的武宜大紅袍. 聽了很驚訝的問了為什麼的問題. 他說他不愛那一股 "碳焦味". 立時我想起自己已收藏10年之久的武宜大紅袍了. 武宜大紅袍是一個傳統重發酵與重碚的一種岩茶. 而在我的記憶裡那茶沒有. 一打開袋子, 啊, 聞到那一股清純又悠然的佛手柑桔的香氣. 心裡跟自己說 "別高興的太早, 重要是留意茶湯, 香氣與口感有什麼樣的變化". 當沏水入壺一聞到那股花香, 心中不禁暗喜. 雖然乾茶葉有一股很清楚的的佛手柑香氣但是入口時可是一點也沒有柑桔的澀更沒有苦感. 有一種悠悠的薄荷清涼. 茶湯由淡淡的琥珀,在第二道開始漸漸深沉. 從第一杯到第六泡, 口感沒有明顯的大起大落, 依然甘, 爽, 順. 閉上雙眼, 一種淡淡的乾澀是緩緩回到舌齒唇間. 由於 Ivo 第二天必須很早起來所以只品到第六泡. 看到杯底那油油肥肥的葉子, 懷抱著一種滿足安睡了一宿. Thursday, October 4, 2012. 今天在看一個有關天下第一劍的影片時, 聽到片中提到道家裡重視 '忘記' 這兩字時不禁的在心裡開始玩起拆字遊戲. 而那亡又意味著滅, 又有多少人能對這個"滅"的意念能參的透, 放得開呢? 想到于此, 豈不令人為自己捏一把冷汗, 自覺慚愧呢? 或許在時間尚未到之前, 我們必須開始學習 "你記得我也好, 最好把我忘掉" 的那一份瀟灑吧.
