My new job is requiring me to learn a lot of new things at whirlwind pace, and to remember a lot of old ones. Among the things I'm relearning are my old Spanish vocabulary words, and I'm finding beauty with every step. I've gotten Sunshine to agree to be my Spanish tutor, and made the commitment to try. Living 25 hours a day. Tuesday, 1 April 2014. Javascript not working when client side validation used on mvc 4 page in Internet Explorer. The problem is a little bit involved so I'll try summarise. So, in short, the jQuery code used in the client side validation is not supported by the IE7 layout engine, hence the javascript is crashing.
