Life as we know it. The Footsteps of Suri Rose. Sunday, September 21, 2014. September has been a busy month full of "firsts" again. First day of school (x2) and first day of dance. The beginning of September kind of snuck up on me and has been going full speed ever since. Mom's 4 year anniversary now marks the beginning of every September and is still somewhat a raw reality. . . No one was there of course as we were there bright and early Tuesday morning when school didn't resume until the next morning!

Suri has fun no matter what we do and spending time with her Grandpa at the cabin, was a win win in her eyes. Suri, her Dad and I took a day trip to Prescott to visit Out of Africa Wildlife park. It was a treat for Suri to go and interact with a giant snake and of course, feed a giraffe. The weather was perfect and she seemed to have a wonderful day. She loved its tongue. It was cold and Suri was in quite a "bad mood" at first but thankfully she cheered up a bit as we waited. Life as we know it. The Footsteps of Suri Rose. Sunday, January 5, 2014. We arrived at 10:30 and Suri and I left at 3:30! It was a long day and most of it was spent waiting in ridiculously long lines! It was well worth it though and the expo held Suri's attention the entire time. I hope she will remember her visit and I know she learned a thing or two about Dinosaurs! All ready to go in. dinosaurs and all! Getting ready to go in the Mine to dig for gold and fossils. After waiting 1 hr and 40 minutes.

Life as we know it. The Footsteps of Suri Rose. Friday, August 23, 2013. A visit to the cabin. Suri was so excited to get to the cabin. She was a bit hesitant to get out of the car as the last conversation she had with her Grandpa was of him telling her there had been a bear on the porch a few weeks ago! Life as we know it. The Footsteps of Suri Rose. Saturday, August 30, 2014. I see the theme that is beginning to occur with my less than frequent posts. Im lucky to now get in one post a month. That is my new goal- and one that to me, seems manageable :-). Time is going so fast. Suri is still going to bed by7- 7:30 on school nights as she doesn't nap at school. On weekends she takes her afternoon nap and that re charges her enough to make it until about 8 or 8:30 pm. She still hates to be covered ...Suri,...

I have been so bad about updating Suri's blog partially because my hard drive on my computer is almost at capacity and every time I even come close to plugging in my camera to upload photos, my computer threatens to crash! I am in desperate need of an external hard drive to free up some space as I have numerous memories camping out in my camera waiting to be uploaded! Suri is absolutely filthy when I pick her up from school!

It was quite the set up in her tiny classroom and Suri had a fabulous day at school! I have to mention, that Suri is still the youngest in her class and by looking at her with her classmates, you would never know it!
