I came across it last Saturday and had to make it right away, even though I had plans to make 4 wee bunnies for Easter the next day! It was very easy to make and so, so cute! Saturday, March 25, 2006. The ups and downs of sock knitting. First the "ups." I finished these socks for my 4 year old daughter! She loves them and would wear them every day if I let her. They are made with Knitpicks simple stripes in 'snapdragon.'. Now for the 'downs.' Remember my Trekking sock I am working on? He had taken out the needles and unraveled the sock! Rural living in the middle of suburbia. Thursday, October 27, 2005. We had our first fire in our new fireplace last night. Jay was so excited to light it and it only took an entire cardboard box to get it going! We sat on the floor in front of the fire and enjoyed the heat. Jay finished reading Winnie the Pooh to Ian and they shared a cup of hot chocolate, sounds nice doesn't it? It was, then we all fell asleep. Jay and I both woke up around 12am and Ian was asleep on the floor too. It's a sling thing!

Monday, September 25, 2006. Sock Wars Started Friday. I know for most this would be the best time to engage in sock warfare. The whole weekend ahead of them. However this stay at home warrior is busier on the weekends than most. I was barely home this weekend at all. And the little time I was at home was mostly spent sleeping!
