An Acre of Gold. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Images of Bern, Switzerland. We went to Bern, Switzerland the weekend of Thanksgiving mainly to attend the Switzerland Temple with Amy and Tyler's ward. We got our first snow on Thanksgiving night. It was cold but beautiful. This is a slide that goes into a candy store in downtown Bern. Cade was entertained the whole time we were there. Thursday, December 29, 2011. Bob found himself a girlfriend. Don't worry, we didn't tell Mickey. One night Bob decided it would be humorous to color the kids' noses. He chose a marker from Callie's room. He thought he was getting green, but really ended up with purple (that's why the marker lid doesn't match the noses). That naughty elf came into my room and took my marker! Christmas Eve was Bob's last night with us. He decided to TP the Christmas tree. He even left us a little note. An Acre of Gold.

Sunday, February 22, 2009. The other thing that happened was quite traumatic and is difficult to write about. On Friday morning I received the shocking news that my 6 yr. 0ld nephew, Dallin, had spent the previous night in emergency rooms and in surgery where they removed a ten pound tumor from his lower abdomen. When put all together it was the size of a small soccer ball! Now here's where the BLESSINGS part comes in! While official news has not yet arrived, the doctor's believe the tumor is benign!

Wednesday, January 25, 2012. So how was I able to pull this off? So we rushed in and headed to Harry Potter World without Fast Passes (since they cost tons extra at Universal).
