Living Our Adventure: Connor: 18 Months
http://livingouradventure.blogspot.com/2015/06/connor-18-months.html
Wednesday, June 24, 2015. At 18 months, he's really taking off with words, understanding, dexterity, and so many other skills. He is such an easygoing kid most of the time, and very loving. He has the cutest "bye bye" wave and yells for his "baba" (Evan) whenever he notices the house is just too darned quiet. And just for comparison - 6 months and 18 months. Wow! Posted by Jen O. Living Our Adventure: Us
http://livingouradventure.blogspot.com/p/our-story.html
So, a Rabbi, a Protestant, and a Catholic walk into a bar . and it's all Jerry Seinfeld's fault! That's really how it all started. We met at Louisville's first Friday trolley hop when a mutual friend introduced us as I walked out of the women's restroom. It went something like this:. Sarah: Jen, Dan, meet! Jen: Oh, uh, hi. I'm Jennifer. [Extends hand to shake.]. Dan: [to himself - man, I hope she's a handwasher]. How you doin'? No, really, Dan talks like this.]. I left for Baltimore, returning a week lat...
Living Our Adventure: March 2015
http://livingouradventure.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 19, 2015. Connor Walks / 16 month update. Connor took his first steps at 14 months, in early December. He started weekly physical therapy sessions in November because we were concerned his unique crawl could transfer to the way he walked, meaning he'd favor one leg over the other. Thankfully he did really well and after just seven weeks "graduated" from PT. I took this video in December, right after he started taking baby steps. Love the little squeal. Watching Evan play out in the yard.
Living Our Adventure: January 2015
http://livingouradventure.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Thanksgiving and Early December. Before the plague(s) hit though, we escaped for Thanksgiving to visit Dan's family. I've mentioned in the past. That Dan's mom is a wonderful cook and that still holds true. Given how many people come to her house for Thanksgiving dinner, everyone agrees! The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing. Well, as much as one can relax while chasing a toddler. He even entertained his Great Grandpa Harry during the OSU game. Posted by Jen O. Subscribe...
Living Our Adventure: April 2015
http://livingouradventure.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 25, 2015. With a very Irish last name, it seems sacrilege not to acknowledge a holiday like St. Patrick's Day. But getting a workable photo of the boys for the occasion? Ha ha, well, I think St. Patrick had an easier time chasing the snakes out of Ireland! Don't let those sweet faces fool you, these Irish lads can be mischievous little leprechauns. Evan is a posing master though. Now if we could just get Connor to cooperate! Posted by Jen O. Links to this post. Friday, April 24, 2015.

Living Out Loud | in Ottawa
A mot about moi. I live in Ottawa and I do NOT have a government job! Some here may call me an alien, but I am more like a landed alien, as I have been in this town for about two years now. Ottawa is a land of acronyms and initialisms. That new aliens are not familiar with until they attend a few wine and cheese parties and make their ignorance known to all. Don’t worry. So are most Ottawans who don’t work for the feds. Source: http:/ aol.it/1gUX25U. Well, who cares? So what is this blog about?

Living Our Adventure
Saturday, January 27, 2018. Connor wanted to dress up as the Hulk for months before Halloween actually rolled around. He got the mask sometime over the summer, the costume for his birthday, and the Hulk hands from his Florida Grandma. He was ready. Evan originally wanted to dress as Green Arrow but we couldn't find any kids' costumes for that character, so he joined his brother as an Avenger, another arrow wielding superhero, Hawkeye. He came around though. It's not everyday you get candy from Jesus.

Living "our" American Dream
Living "our" American Dream. On Saturday, April 24, 2010. I have been putting off coming back to my blog because I knew I could not move forward with a post about my father passing away. I am grateful that I know exactly where he is now, I can not imagine how families can go through this without the assurance that their loved one in in Heaven. My father was there for me from day one and I have to remind myself that he is still there now, just watching from a little further away than he used to. I will bl...
