My Girl Friday: May 2012
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 28, 2012. Living on the Edge. That's right. We were brave this weekend. Well, Adrianna was brave. She has been begging Aaron to take her training wheels off of her bike. We've been putting it off because this girl has no fear and we could foresee terrible accidents, scraped knees and elbows. I had a feeling she would do great actually riding the bike but knew she would get too comfortable too quickly, hence the avoidance. She was so excited! A little while later she was flying down the road!

My Girl Friday: Meet Pippa!
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012/10/meet-pippa.html
Saturday, October 6, 2012. Meet the newest member of our family! Her name is Pippa! The girls have been begging us for a dog for as long as they could speak to ask for one. We have always said no. Aaron and I know what to expect with a puppy and how time consuming (not to mention how expensive) puppies are. Yes, they are cute and sweet but they also require being potty trained, your full attention, food, baths, vet visits, etc. So what did we do? We got a puppy! How did this happen? So we took her home :).

Saturday, April 28, 2012. Get your running shoes on . . . Well, I ran my first 5K yesterday! The Dogwood 5K in Mebane. I was so nervous before the race began. A few days before, I had read that there were around 500 people preregistered for the race. The day of the race of the race, around 600. When the times were posted there were 531 names on the list! My little sister. Really, she got some great pics of all of us! They were also able to stay afterwards for dinner which was great. Our biggest fan, Noah!

My Girl Friday: November 2011
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Yesterday I decided that I better get to crackin on that Advent Calendar I had been planning to do. I mean I started planning this a few weeks ago thinking that I had PLENTY of time to make it. Well, December is slowly sneaking up on me! I couldn't pass it up! So I purchased more than enough to make the Advent Calendar. I had Monday off and was all set to make the calendar. However, I was tired. I mean really. As I finished up shopping for my supplies and searching for some sp...

My Girl Friday: Vacation!!! - part 2
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012/06/vacation-part-2.html
Friday, June 29, 2012. I wish I was still here . . . Alas, I am back in the real world and I can't complain! I do love being home :) It's nice that we live between the beach and the mountains. We don't have to drive very far to get to either of them. I also want to say that I realize I. Am probably in beach pictures that other people take and I would also like to apologize for that. I would hate for anyone that have a picture of me in a bathing suit. Jeez. There are things like this Teepee and wagon all ...

My Girl Friday: Girls Morning Out
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012/07/girls-morning-out.html
Saturday, July 7, 2012. This morning I took the girls to the farmers market . . . They were fascinated with all the varieties of tomatoes. We bought some of these Fairy Tale Eggplants. Adrianna couldn't wait to snack on some baby bell peppers. The girls each got a Sunflower. We took a break for some fresh lemonade and a cinnamon roll. The girls enjoyed getting samples of breads, honey, veggies and fruits at some of the stands. Aren't these so cute? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A heart for others.

My Girl Friday: March 2012
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 31, 2012. Fro Yo and Lonely Boy. She is embroidering a tea towel. See her little tea pot and cup? So cute. Her stitches are getting to be pretty good for a 6 year old. I just started a tote bag from Sublime Stitching. I can't wait to get it finished! On another note, Adrianna scored her first goal in soccer last night! I did get a pic soon after with my phone. Here she is - with pink hair of course! I hope you laugh like I did when I watched it! Look out You Tube! You may have a new video...

My Girl Friday: This Land Was Made for You and Me
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012/07/this-land-was-made-for-you-and-me.html
Wednesday, July 4, 2012. This Land Was Made for You and Me. Ah, the 4th of July. Independence Day. The day we, Americans, celebrate our Independence. And how do we do this? With picnics, cookouts, family gatherings, parties, and playing outside (so long as the weather isn't scorching). The day where Americans stuff their faces with hotdogs, hamburgers, baked beans, potato salads, corn on the cob, watermelons, and homemade ice cream all in the name of freedom! I usually buy the girls a fun 4th of July typ...

My Girl Friday: February 2012
http://mygirlfriday-natalie.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 26, 2012. Saturday night was the Father/Daughter dance at our local Arts Center. I was thrilled that Aaron took the girls! They met up with some friends before hand for dinner then went to the dance. I hear it was quite fun. I had about 3 hours to myself and that was nice! Before the dance the girls and I spent some time getting ready. That was the fun part for me! We did hair and "makeup" (lip gloss) then they put their dresses on. I think this is my favorite picture . . . OK, it's been...
