Anyway, one of my classes has required that I create 3 stress management goals to implement throughout the semester, hopefully teaching valuable stress management strategies, but also the importance of specific and measureable goals. So, without further ado, here are my goals:. Meditate twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30am, for 15 minutes or more.
