I'm not really up to speed on that whole thing, so I'm wondering if the gold/platinum/diamond/what-have-you teeth create some type of protective barrier on your real teeth. It seems to me that they would, so why aren't dentists everywhere advising us to get gold/platinum/diamond/what-have-you teeth? On another note.here is my current to do list:.
