When they started the trek up, they were at 7,000 ft. above sea level. At the summit of the mountain, they were at 14,000. Would you believe me if I told you that I was addicted to something that's good for you? I can't lie any longer. I love water. Plain, cold water. Within the last two months, I've made it my goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I know it sounds daunting, especially for those of you who don't drink much water to begin with.
