This is one for the ladies – it’s about periods so stop reading now if you’re male and can’t handle it🙂. I have had various discussions with my consultant and GP about this and they conclude that it is due to a lot of blood going to that area of my body during my period and because the J pouch and Uterus are so close together it has the double whammy impact of causing inflammation and bleeding in my pouch.
