I guess we're about due for an update over here. The Specific Carbohydrate Diet now for more than a week, and haven't noticed a single consequence of eating all of these delicious carbohydrates. On the other hand, on Tuesday I missed my morning doses of Asacol and Prednisone, and by the end of the day I was feeling like it.
