People never walk in a hurried rush to get where they're going. No one leaves the shade during the day. Poco a poco (bit by bit). View my complete profile. Sunday, February 22, 2009. Poco a poco (bit by bit). I thought time was supposed to go by slowly. In this laid-back Chilean environment. I can't believe I've been here for over a month. 1/3 of my time here has already gone by. I'm getting around much better than before. I'm understanding the language more, and haven't spoken more than a few words of English in days! I can't complain too much though, because I've spent the last two weekends at the beach!
