See what Jason, Rachel, Bea and Charlie are doing. Saturday, August 27, 2011. We recently had our usual summer vacation trip to our hometown, Traverse City, MI. This year it started off a little differently. Jason and I got a weekend away from the kiddos (thanks Grandmas and Grandpas) and got to ride bikes from Charlevoix to TC. I totally neglected to take photos but we did have a wonderful time. We then moved on to face painting. Bea painted me into a 'magic witch'. Here are all 12 of the cousins.

April 16, 2012. Thank you for all the kind words and messages of encouragement. In the end, I decided to drop out of the med school. I'm sorry for not writing back - I was hiding in my little cocoon not knowing what to make of this whole thing. Did I decide to quit or did I give up? February 18, 2012. I haven't had a day that I can just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery that's just right there. I'm talking myself into quitting. So tired of stuffing flood of information in my brain. What if I didn't care at all what other people think - would I still be doing this? Or would I pack and go home? I notice myself asking the same question I asked when I was in high school. What do I do with my life? If I didn't care what other people think of me, would I still be doing this?

Tuesday, February 26, 2008. I hate kid germs! They are far worse than any adult germs I have ever experienced. Brynn had a stomach "bug" last week. Monday, May 26, 2008. For a change this 3 day weekend did not mean do a bigger project. This really was a relaxing weekend. Friday Joel and I went out for dinner alone. We love our baby sitter.
