Getting Life Organized
About – The Lists. February 4, 2015. This book diminishes the severity of depression and suggests that depression is just a label and you are supposed to “embrace” it to end your suffering. I can’t buy into it. I don’t buy into mindfulness either. That said, a book written by a zen teacher about mindfulness was probably not the best choice for me. I’m going to say that this was a good reintroduction to reading but it did not help me in any way. So now what do I do next? I own a lot of self help books....
